What you’re trying to build, what it needs to do, and how you’re doing it today. A rough idea is fine; we’ll ask the questions that fill the gaps.

You get a written scope: what’s included, what isn’t, what it costs and when it’s done. No “let’s see how it goes”.

Questions we get.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Websites, online stores, web apps, mobile apps and business tools like dashboards, trackers, booking systems and quoting tools. If your idea doesn’t fit those boxes, tell us anyway. We’ll say honestly whether we’re the right people to build it.

Can you work with the website or system we already have?

Yes. A lot of our work starts with something that already exists. Send us the link or a few screenshots and we’ll tell you what we’d keep, what we’d change and why.

How long does a build take?

Most builds take two to five weeks, depending on what we’re making and how quickly decisions get made. You’ll get a specific timeline in writing with your quote.

How do you price a project?

Every project gets a fixed price after a written scope, so you know the full cost before we start. Share a rough budget if you have one and we’ll tell you what fits inside it.

What do you need from us to get started?

Nothing fancy. Your current website, your logo, a spreadsheet you want to replace, a sketch, a screenshot: whatever shows us how things work today.

What happens after launch?

Fixes in the first seven days are free. After that, small changes are billed by the hour, or you can take an optional maintenance plan. You own the code, so you’re never locked in to us.
